My role

I built and deployed the web dashboard that runs the whole operation: portal modules for each business vertical, live dispatch tooling, and the financial and analytics suite.

The challenge

Four very different businesses (restaurants, hotels, drivers and a wallet) all run on one app. Each needed its own tools, yet the money, the data and the live operations had to stay in one place.

One dashboard, every vertical.

Independent portal modules for each business: restaurant owners manage menus and track live orders, hotel managers update room availability, and admins see everything.

02 — Live operations

Dispatch you can watch.

Real-time dispatch and monitoring interfaces stream live telemetry for active ride-hailing routes and delivery driver statuses to the operations team.
